Dr. Robert Kelly is a board certified general and bariatric surgeon providing detailed surgical care to patients in Savannah and southeast Georgia. When I joined Lowcountry OB/GYN, I had over 20 years of experience in the field. \n After completing my residency at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Portsmouth, Virginia, I served in the U.S. Navy on active duty for a decade and retired as a lieutenant commander. I have enjoyed practicing obstetrics and gynecology in the Charleston, South Carolina, area for more than 19 years. \n I'm honored to be part of my patients' healthcare journey and especially enjoy adolescent gynecology, menopause management, weight management and preventive healthcare. \n When not busy with my practice, I'm probably doing something outdoors, traveling or at a concert. My husband and I have two sons and a menagerie of animals.

I thoroughly enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors with others and have become known for hosting kayaking trips out of Shem Creek for my patients and their families.
