Dr. James has been my urologist foe several years. I have so much respect for her. She has all the qualities of a great doctor. She listens, and tries different approaches depending on your medical needs. She also keeps up with current procedures. Her nurse makes you feel at ease and is also a good listener. The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating. If you need a urologist, then you need to book an appointment with Dr. James.

Dr. James was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She listened to my issues, made recommendations based on my needs and supplied choices. She sent me to a Pelvic Floor PT, a provider I didn’t know existed. Results are excellent. I like that she didn’t push medications or surgery, but sent me in a direction where I have control over the results. The only negative I would like to see addressed is the long wait when there for an office visit. First visit, two and a half hours. Second visit slightly less than an hour. I found that frustrating, but the actual time with Dr. James was satisfying.

My first visit was very good and Dr. James has a very nice "bed side" manner. This visit, she had reviewed her notes (and they were copious) from my previous visit and was able to talk to me about things without referring to her notes. I am pleased with her manner and how she is handling what is happening to me.
