He earned his M.D. at the USC School of Medicine in Columbia and Greenville, SC, and then trained in surgery at East Tennessee State University. He enjoys all areas of surgery. Dr. Bardoner married a beautiful music teacher, Meredith, and they have a growing family of boys. He enjoys rowing, road cycling, snowboarding, and church activities. He is an active member of CMDA.

Courtney Pettiford, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon. He received his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He then completed his internship and residency from the Medical College of Georgia in general surgery. Dr. Pettiford then followed his residency and completed his fellowship in surgical critical care from The Medical Center of Central Georgia.
