Melody Paulishak, DO, holds a patient-centered care philosophy that emphasizes collaboration and comprehensive treatment. As a skilled breast surgeon, she is passionate about providing exceptional care to patients with both benign and malignant breast conditions. Dr. Paulishak specializes in advanced procedures such as nipple-sparing mastectomies and Savi Scout-assisted surgeries. Dr. Paulishak earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University before completing medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She continued her medical education by completing a General Surgery Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and a Breast Fellowship at Washington Hospital Center. Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Paulishak enjoys various activities that she can share with her family, including running, art, reading, dance, and being outdoors

Stephen Girard, MD, has been serving Pueblo since 2002. He approaches every patient with honesty and empathy to provide the best surgical advice. He works to perform each surgical procedure with the utmost care to provide maximum value while minimizing risk. Dr. Girard received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Rice University in Houston and completed medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans. He also completed surgical residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. In his free time, Dr. Girard enjoys drumming and weightlifting.
