She received her undergraduate degree in physiological science from the University of California, Los followed by a master's degree in physiology and biophysics from Georgetown University. Dr. Patel then earned her medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School.Dr. Patel assumed several leadership roles during residency, including serving as the patient safety and quality improvement chief and as a resident representative on the RN/Resident Council. She was inducted into the Gold Humanism Society as a medical student and received the prestigious UT Dell Medical School Women's Health Humanism Award in residency.Dr. Patel believes she serves her patients best by learning new skills and information. She completed the work to become a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner so that she can provide lifetime care for her patients. During her medical and residency training, Dr. Patel completed several research projects. Dr. MacLeod has a passion for working with her patients to help them achieve optimal health. She enjoys listening and truly getting to know each of her patients as unique individuals.Dr. MacLeod earned a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas for her medical degree, where she received membership to the AOA medical society, which recognizes the top 10% of graduating medical students. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and served as administrative chief resident.Dr. Jessica MacLeod feels privileged to offer care across a woman's life span, including prenatal care and deliveries, vaginal and vulvar problems, surgery and post-menopausal disorders. She is particularly interested in minimally invasive robotic gynecologic surgery to minimize healing time for optimal outcomes.Dr. MacLeod is an Austin native who knows what it is like to be a working mother. She enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities this city has to offer while spending time with her young family.

Dr. Varun Sundaram received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. After eight years in St. Louis, he moved to Dallas, Texas, where he completed his general surgery and urologic surgery training at UT Southwestern. During his training, Dr. Sundaram developed an interest in advanced robotic surgery of the prostate, bladder, and kidney. He is well versed in treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia ranging from robotic simple prostatectomy for very enlarged prostates to newer minimally invasive options, such as rezum or urolift, for medium and small sized glands. Dr. Sundaram also offers more traditional methods, such as transurethral resection of the prostate, laser ablation of the prostate, and transurethral incision of the prostate.
