Dr. Carlson always gives complete information to you in words that recognize that you are not a clinician. He has a sense of humor, which is important to my way of thinking. He answers all questions and takes the time to listen to concerns, easing the natural anxiety of a patient having heart problems.

I feel quite fortunate to have Dr. Carlson as my heart specialist. Relocated to Austin approximately 9 years ago. My Son and Daughter in law were both in the pharmaceutical business and knew the market quite well and their recommendation, hands down, for heart care was Dr. Carlson. Dr. Carlson explains your condition in terms you can understand and his recommended plan for your personal care, even diagrams the condition. He is very personable and I highly recommend Dr. Carlson.

DR Carlson has been great. He is always friendly and willing to take the time to explain options and answer any questions I may have concerning those options. The staff is also very friendly and professional. When I did have surgery at Austin Heart I found the accommodations very clean and comfortable. The hospital staff were also very friendly and professional.

Have been seeing Dr. Carlson for several years. Always attentive to my thoughts and concerns. Each time I see him I feel like I'm his only patient, not rushed from one patient to the next

The best Cardiologist in the state of Texas. This doc flat works for his patients and prolongs their life. My judgement is based on many years of great service with his constant attention. He is 100% dedicated to your survival and longevity .I am glad he is younger than me so as not to have him leave me first. In addition he has promised me to live to 100 years under warranty...maybe I dreamed this?
