Dr Jason Van Tassel, a San Diego native, earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University with Honors in 1992. He then graduated with Honors from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1997 and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. After completing his residency in Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Dr Van Tassel joined the University of California Irvine's faculty and completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Board-certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery, he specializes in facial enhancement, rejuvenation, and sleep apnea treatments, including minimally invasive procedures like Hyoid Suspension.
