Dr Knodel is a great doctor. I switched after having a horrible experience with my old doctor and she was so understanding about the issues I was having. She didn’t brush my concerns off. She always comes in and chats for a few moments before getting started with your appointment, and then continues friendly conversation throughout. Nothing is ever uncomfortable and you can tell she genuinely cares.

Billing staff will falsify coding. They will bill 2 bills in one just to charge a co-pay when one is not due. And then have you come back again and charge another. Show Me the Math

Dr. Knodel is an amazing doctor, I've seen her for pregnancy and gyn issues and she is always knowledgeable and courteous. There is usually a long wait to see her but in my experience it is worth it.

I absolutely love Dr Knodel. She has a dry sense of humor and a straight forward approach, so if you need a lot of coddling, she's probably not for you.
The only thing that makes me want to go elsewhere is the office wait time. In my entire pregnancy I have never waited less than 1 hour past my appointment time. Every. Single. Time.
And emergency appointments? Forget about it. Had to wait 5 days and was told I wasn't allowed to see a different OB in the practice without switching permanently.

I have always loved Dr. Knodel. She performed the Uterine Ablation-Novasure on me and was just so kind. But in the last few years when I saw her at the Augusta office, she was short with me, somewhat smirked at the fact that I was in Menopause and threw me a prescription for hormones with no explanation. I was crying as I had lots of questions and she obviously didn't have time nor the patience for me. i decided then, she wasn't the gyn for me. do not plan to return

Dr. Knodel is the best physician I've ever had. I trust her implicitly. She is always a step ahead when it comes to managing my preexisting health issues. Dr. Knodel has been incredibly sensitive to my current situation involving my deployed husband, a special needs toddler and having a 4th baby. She fully understands that I don't have the same flexibility as someone who has family/friends around to help and has accomdated me in anyway that I've asked.
Dr.K is the revolution.

Dr. Knodel is great! She performed my hysterectomy using the Davinci robotic method and I was very pleased with her care and concern for me. I saw her in the Evans office and was pleased with that office but the office visit in Augusta was not good at all!! You should choose to see her in Evans but if the only choice is the Augusta office then I would choose another Doctor.

She did the minimum amount of care with terrible bedside manner. I'll explain: husband was in Iraq, I opted for no epidural. Was crying talking on phone with him just before she broke my water. She was tapping her foot and said "has she been like this the whole time?" Also, barely made it in time to deliver baby & nurse almost had to. Lastly, I had a "small" perineum tear that she said didn't need stitches. Now things are loose. Other obgyns said I should have had stitches. She just didn't care.

Having to change my doctor because my original doctor moved away, Dr. Knodell made the transition easy by being really nice and understanding. I'm looking forward to having her as my doctor for my next pregnancy whenever my husband and I decide it is time. She is a very professional person and is very nice. She was very kind to my two small children.

I only had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Knodel twice before having to move out-of-state, but she is wonderful.
