Dr. Franco received her doctor of osteopathic medicine and master's of public health degrees from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She completed a family practice internship and residency at Suncoast Hospital/Largo Medicine Center, Largo, Fla., where she was also co-chief resident.
