Dr. Velasquez was born in Lima, Peru, and graduated from Federico Villarreal School of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Valasquez is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Medical Association. Dr. Matt Sorensen was born and raised in Melbourne, Florida. He attended The University of Florida and graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in Biology. He obtained his medical degree from The University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed his general surgery internship and urologic surgery training at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Dr. Sorensen has comprehensive training in advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques, including the use of advanced laparoscopic procedures and the da Vinci robot for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and various other urologic conditions. Further training includes male and female urinary dysfunction, kidney stone disease, urinary incontinence, bladder cancer, and men's health.

Rashmi Nanda, MD is a board certified internal medicine physician with more than 3 decades of experience. Her passion to bring whole health into focus began in her teenage years watching her father dedicate his life to health care. Dr. Nanda is passionate toward caring for her patients and working with each patient to educate and achieve the best health outcome. She delivers whole person care and has a special interested in arthritis, asthma, atherosclerosis, COPD, diabetes, hypertension and all aspects of preventative health care. She treats patients 18 and older. In her spare time Dr. Nanda enjoys living in the moment, music, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Vasquez obtained his medical degree from Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru. His internship and residency in Internal Medicine were done at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and his Infectious Disease fellowship at University of Cincinnati, Ohio. He then worked as Assistant Professor of Medicine at East Tennessee State University and Chief of Infectious Diseases at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. Dr. Vasquez moved to Tampa in 1999 to join Dr. Prieto's private practice. Dr. Vasquez chairs the Infection Control Committee at Brandon Regional Hospital and is member of the American College of Physicians, the Infectious Disease Society of America and the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America. He is certified in Infectious Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
