Dr. Richard Bob was born in New York, NY. For his undergraduate degree he attended Fordham University, where he received his bachelor of science in physics. He continued his education at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, where he received his medical training. Dr. Bob, board certified in Internal Medicine, had practices in New York and Arizona prior to relocating to Boca Raton, Florida, where he is currently located. Having experienced the everchanging, complex healthcare system, Dr. Bob retains a traditional practice and cares for his patients with an integrative approach. He works with his patients to bring about positive behavioral lifestyle changes to achieve sustainable wellness. His strong specialist connections provide a supportive system of healthcare providers for his patients. Dr. Bob's avocational interests include reading, cooking, and spending valuable time with his wife, Kathryn, their family, and three Pomeranians.

Dr. Pedro Espino-Grosso, MD is originally from Havana, Cuba. He is bilingual in Spanish and English. He moved to Florida with his family at a young age and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Miami, Florida. He went on to achieve his Medical Degree at Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico, where his native Spanish language allowed him to provide personalized medical care to this Spanish speaking population. He then completed a 1-year research fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he studied kidney stone disease at greater depth, publishing several articles in this topic. He was privileged to complete his Urologic Surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he obtained excellent training at state-of-the-art institutions, such as Moffitt Cancer Center for Urologic Oncology, as well as trained under world experts of the Men's Health realm in the field of Urology at USF/Tampa General Hospital. He is a member of the American Urological Associaton and the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons. During his urologic surgery training he gained excellent experience in the management of urologic conditions such as men's sexual dysfunction, male urinary incontinence, cancers of the urinary tract, prostate and kidneys, stone disease and benign prostatic hyperplasia. He is well trained in minimally invasive robotic (da Vinci system) and endoscopic surgery, as well as penile prosthesis and artificial urinary sphincter surgery for erectile dysfunction, having performed hundreds of cases during his training. Dr. Altman was born and raised in Ecuador and received her combined BA/MD degree from Universidad Catolica de Ecuador in Quito, Ecuador. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard University community hospital in Cambridge, MA. Since 2006 she has been working as a primary care physician at Columbia University's Ambulatory Care Network. Dr. Altman joined Weill Cornell Medicine in May 2011.
