Biography: James Ouellette, DO, FACS, is a graduate of Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (MO). He completed residency in general surgery at Wright State University and fellowship in surgical oncology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (CA). Dr. Ouellette is board certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Ouellette is the Chief of Surgery and Director of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Program at Miami Valley Hospital. He is an associate professor and Chief of the Division of Surgical Oncology at Wright State University Department of Surgery. He is also co-chair of the Ohio State Commission on Cancer. Dr. Ouellette has professional memberships with the American College of Surgeons, American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, Society of Surgical Oncology, Association of Academic Surgeons, Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract, Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons-Ohio Chapter, and American Osteopathic Association.
