Dr. Barlow's Biography — I grew up in the Midwest, in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area. I went to Undergrad and Medical School at the University of Wisconsin. I did my residency training in Orthopedic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Then I did a one year fellowship, focusing in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, doing shoulder arthroscopy, treatment of dislocations and rotator cuff tears, arthritis, and fractures, as well as elbow sports injuries (Tommy John procedures), fractures, and arthritis.
