About Me

I believe in achieving optimum health through a holistic and harmonizing approach. One of the central tenets of Chinese Medicine is to consider the patient as a whole and use only what is necessary to achieve the ultimate goal of balance. I hope to facilitate this process through acupuncture, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and other adjunctive therapies such as cupping and gua sha.
