My approach to behavior change uses the techniques found in "Motivational Interviewing" to help patients make their own choices in bringing themselves back to health. My focus is on change in eating habits, the use of exercise on a daily basis to achieve ideal body weight, and any method they choose to relax and to achieve optimal and restful sleep.
