I developed two ear infections while under Wendy Thorne's care, neither of which she found (they were diagnosed by ENT doctors). I am now recovering from trauma to my ear canals and scabbing on my eardrums. This has been costly and hugely inconvenient for me. "Hearing Doctors" is a misnomer. There are no actual doctors at this practice.

The hearing aids are working well and the doctor has been helpful in adjusting them when necessary. No waiting for appointments is good. I cant think of any negative things about this clinic.
