Horrible visit with Victoria Bates. I would not take a dog to go see her. I have been a patient with Northeast Dermatology Associates for many years. First time to see Victoria what a mistake. She was extremely rude and I ended up walking out. I will not be back. I already found another Dermatologist that will treat me. But if I did not I would rather suffer than ever go see her. Her medical license should be revoked. Anyone that employs her should be investigated.

Tori and her staff are always awesome!! Aubrey and Cora are fantastic!! They always recognize me, and can assist me with my needs faster than anyone in the office!! If I had my choice I would prefer to have them assist me, because I know how that specific team will treat me!!

The entire staff is very professional, fast, and efficient. They treat you like family. I've never had to wait very long before being taken back for service. They are always extremely kind. I highly recommend Forefront Dermatology and Victoria.

I had a minimal wait time before being seen. The staff was very courteous, and I felt very comfortable speaking with the person compiling my data. Victoria was very professional and thorough in examining me for any pre-cancerous lesions. She treated some areas on my ears, neck, and face. I have a history of basal cell carcinoma and have had one melanoma, so a complete exam is very important to me. I left the office confident that I was good to go for another 6 months. I have complete confidence in Victoria's abilities. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Forefront Dermatology and Victoria Bates to anyone in need of their services.

Victoria was very good and explained everything very well. My first visit went well but the follow up is aggravating. Was told to call in Monday to get info on and to see how much I would be responsible for out of pocket. Nobody seemed to know anything or could tell me anything. Kind of disappointed.
