The staff at innate healthcare are very amazing. We flew in from a different state and they were very flexible with scheduling. Up of arrival they were very welcoming. They actually care about your well being from checking up on you from time to time for updates. We had the pleasure to meet Doctor Whitney and Doctor Philips who were both wonderful people. They answered all our questions and explained us the treatment process very thoroughly. They are always ready to answer your question and take care of you needs without hesitation. I would rate Innate Healthcare 10/10 and recommend to everyone (: . Thank you Innate healthcare for taking care of us. One of the best place I have been to.

Let me back up, first of all, I was confused when he (the DOCTOR) answered the phone himself. LOL. Once I realized I didn't have to wait on hold for 30 minutes to get to a front desk person to make an appointment for a phone consult etc....I got my bearings and started to tell him about how years of physical therapy and chiropractor appointments were not working for me. He said he wanted to help and that he would get me in for a consultation sooner than later so we could at least discuss a plan to start with when I could get in a month later. When I came in for the consultation, he was fully present, as he always is during his appointments. I thought it was easy that day because there weren't any other patients in the office. Then I came in another time while he was multi tasking a lot of people, and yet he still took his

I was very impressed with their helpfulness and was appreciative that they were not pushy in their approach. I was comfortable in all aspects of my visit and look forward to recommending them to others that I feel may benefit from this type of therapy.
