I went to Ms. Traci after a few deaths in my family, COVID and a lot of other things. Before I knew it we were working on my physical health, meeting goals for my diet and all of the bad things that were going on became more tolerable. She gave me coping skills, "tools in your toolbelt" as she says, to use whenever I felt overwhelmed. I can't believe how much better I feel and how she has helped me transform myself. Thank you so much Ms. Traci!
