Top Notch Therapist
Timothy Robinson is incredibly insightful. He obviously has a lot of experience, and it shows. I found him to be very professional and approachable, and I say that from the perspective of someone who finds almost no one to be approachable. I ended up quitting early on, because therapy is hard and I'm doing okay on my own. But I wholly recommend him. I feel his knowledge and talent is among the best, and he would be an excellent choice for many people.

Tim is an extremely competent and caring counselor. In just my first session with him I felt understood, supported, and I learned things about myself that now seem so obvious but I wasn’t able to make the connection. Before meeting with Tim I went to 4 other therapists, saw several doctors and even went to a psychiatrist and had a full mental health evaluation done. No one could tell me what was actually going on with me. Some said depression, others said anxiety, and I was prescribed all sorts of medications. One doctor actually entered my symptoms into an app and told me my diagnosis based off that! Tim figured out my diagnosis but really helped me by teaching me about how my brain works and why I have the symptoms I do. And it didn’t feel negative. I actually felt relieved. I’ve been in therapy with him for over a year now and he is supportive, compassionate, and helpful with practical things I can do on my own that have made a huge difference. I highly recommend Tim!

if you just want some one to listen to you and nod their head while they get a pay check, then go for it. He is unwilling to refer people to better help when their issues exceed his scope of training. issues are worse instead of better under his council. he's often late for appointments, and seems to not have respect or regard for the time and effort invested in seeking help.
