I highly encourage anyone to see Teri based on the, unasked but very much appreciated, help she gave me in locating a therapist that accepted my insurance (Anthem)! She seems very sweet, helpful, and gracious! 100/10!

Teri's guidance is transformative - she is able to help someone who is stuck in a mental loop or continual pattern that they wish to break, and show them a clear cut path to move beyond the issue and into a healthier place. She is a game changer in a very positive sense. I highly recommend her.

Teri is a gifted therapist. She is compassionate, wise and completely non-judgemental. She helped me through a major loss and the grief that followed. I am not the same person I used to be. I have grown leaps and bounds because 1.) I was willing to work very hard during therapy and 2.) Teri was my therapist. I could not recommend her more highly.
