Wonderful! She is such a Compassionate and knowledgeable woman who has helped me overcome life long behavioral issues. She truly cares for her patients and has gone out of her way to ensure I receive the care I need. Extremely easy to communicate with and always available if I have an emergency. I cannot say enough good things about this woman.

I just wanted to make an appointment to talk to someone. The receptionist who answered my call said that she had an opening for a new client. She asked me what I wanted to see her about. That's kind of personal, right? I mean... I want the person who answers the phone to know why I'm coming to therapy every time I walk into the office? So she says that there are certain things that the doctor doesn't specialize in and doesn't take clients for those particular reasons. I asked her (the receptionist) what she doesn't specialize in, and she says, "She doesn't specialize in PTSD." I say, "Ok. It's not PTSD that I'd like to see her about." She pauses for a moment and says, "Well, I still need to know the purpose of your visit. I need to tell her what you're wanting to talk to her about." Yeah... no. You're not a doctor. You're not a counselor. You're a receptionist. No thanks. It's really none of your business.

Mrs. Suzanne was very empathetic, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. She put my me and my daughter right at ease. It felt as if we were a priority. I felt as if she listened to my input and concerns and was proactive with her assessment and how we should proceed. Afterward, she was kind enough to acknowledge some anxiety concerns and offer to help should they become an obstacle in my daughter pursuing future activities. Very appreciative of her care and very impressed with her help.

Very professional and helpful. Absolutely someone I would recommend. Truly helpful and organized in her note taking. She obviously takes time to review your chart before every visit. The office has only been courteous and accommodating. The location is convenient and parking is not a problem. I moved here from Dallas and this therapist rivals or surpasses any Dallas professional.

I loved Suzanne! She was so sweet and understanding. She listened to everything I had to say and had helpful feedback every time. The only thing I didn’t give 5 stars on is “Ease of scheduling urgent appointments” because I called in April to make an appointment and they couldn’t get me in until June 11th. But other than that I was satisfied with my visit. I will definitely be going back to see Suzanne soon!
