What People Say About Susan Daffron, APRN
Visiting Susan Daffron was without hyperbole the worst interaction I have ever had with a medical professional. She chastised me for not knowing the inner workings of her doctor's office, when she hadn't explained them. Her bedside manner is atrocious; she literally made me cry, and then got angry with me because I was crying. She displayed no sympathy or concern for my problems, describing them as simply a matter of paperwork for her. It was dehumanizing.
