I want to share my praise for the wonderful care and concern that Stephanie Ponte has provided for both my Mom and Aunt who live together at Ashland Farm, a Benchmark Assisted Living Community. Stephanie is always receptive to my concerns regarding their medical needs. She goes the extra mile to communicate not only with the ladies, but with me, always following up via phone or email. Stephanie takes time to thoroughly evaluate the situation before making recommendations, which provides comfort regarding treatment. She is trusted and highly recommended. I am grateful to know that she has built a bond with my family by providing Extraordinary care while the ladies age in place.

Stephanie took care of my Dad the last 5 months of his life while in Assisted Living. We could not have asked for better care. She is highly skilled, kind and compassionate. Excellent with communication. She would check in and give me updates 1-2 times a week when needed.
