Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Stacey Cartlidge "When your relationships are working, life feels wonderful. When even one relationship is broken, you may feel depressed, anxious, hopeless, afraid, and confused. There is hope. Together we can work to restore deep intimacy and joy to your relationships. Areas of specialty include couples counseling, infidelity, parenting, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and spiritual issues. You didn't come to your relationships a blank slate. Your approach is the culmination of your unique personality traits, genetics, temperament, and beliefs about what relationships should be. We'll explore how your relationship patterns, communication style, and beliefs about yourself and others are affecting how you connect with others. In counseling you can expect to develop new relationship skills, as well as an understanding - and healing - of deeper issues that perpetuate unsatisfying interactions with others. You don't have to continue struggling the way you are now."
