Awful experience. Rude. Rushed. My concerns weren’t of importance. Blamed me for the EKG reading failure due to position of my hands. When I tried to explain the situation, she blew me off. Seriously not what I expected from Ochsner.

Patient confidentially is a major issues here. I head my issues being discussed among the nurses station.

Sherida didn’t make me feel comfortable. Appointment lasted less than 8 minutes, wasn’t thorough at all.

I'm sorry to say but she is quiet possibly the last person who should work in healthcare. Horrible bedside manners, rude, inpatient with the patient, and wouldn't listen or acknowledge the concerns that I had-- She would stick with her story & assume many things...

Sherida’s bedside manner is absolutely horrendous. Immediately upon walking into the room Sherida was very short with me and rude and she never took her eyes off the computer. My visit lasted less than 10 mins and once she left the room, I could hear her laughing about me with the other nurses. Her biggest downfall is that she lacks empathy for her patients. I left this visit feeling as though this provider did not care and was bothered that I was in her presence. I will never go back to see Sherida again.

I just left this woman’s office and I wish I never even went to see her in the first place. I only took her because she was the only appointment available today. Sherida was rude and short when I explained my symptoms. Her bedside manner is awful and unprofessional. When she came in the office and she saw me she exclaimed daaamn! And blurted a laugh. She left the room and I could hear that she continued to talk about me with the other nurses and was laughing loudly.

Sherida is a great practitioner. I can always get in with her whenever my doctor isn’t available which is a lot of times. Most times I’d rather see her than my own doctor. She also saved my husband life after he was seen by an MD at urgent care. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

She is very short with her patients She makes by the book judgments and doesn't look for each patient particular problems She never takes her eyes off the computer in rushes to The Visit my last visit last exactly 4 minutes she will be a horrible doctor
