Unacceptable. I had an appointment, took the day of from work and drove 35 miles there. The office was locked, lights off and no note on the door. I called, left a message. No one ever called me back, so I finally got in touch with someone the next day. It was the owner, Tice. All she said was "sorry". That is not acceptable. She has employees I am sure, they could have at least called the people with appointments. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
