    Oh man where to start...incapable of collaborating with other providers, incapable of advocating for patients, cares more about her own liability than her patients' dignity, filed a false police report and lied to hospital staff in order to have me held for 72hrs in the hospital, complained to my other providers because I wouldn't always enthusiastically promise her that I wasn't going to die between appointments and she took that as a threat to her license. She'll call the cops on you for anything she thinks she can get away with. She has absolutely ruined my entire life. Worst provider I have ever had.
