This content was provided by Dr. Lubkeman "My philosophy is to treat patients with the utmost respect and spend the time with them to give them fast natural relief and healing from their pain. I use a walk-in philosophy which means that you get the care you want, when you want it. Your care is guided by qualified chiropractic knowledge but directed by you and what you need at the time you are seeking care. If you choose one visit, a monthly schedule or acute intensive care, I will support your decision and do the best for you in the direction you choose.
I help patients to understand the connection between the brain and the body and how chiropractic fits into that picture. I prescribe exercises for home use and do significant work with soft tissue in the form of stretching and strengthening, both active and passive in the office. I work on muscular adhesions and trigger points to alleviate pain and restore motion between the segments of the spine. I work with joints to restore integrity of the joint and reduce the muscle spasm that often takes a joint into a misaligned situation.
In the course of your adjustment regime, you may determine that you don't like a particular method of adjusting. If you describe the aspects that you don't like, we can find a method that is more comfortable and provide relief at the same time.
You are ultimately in control of your care. I want to have the chance to help you so you can see the difference in how you are feeling after treatments. Sometimes, you may be sore after an adjustment, but most of the time you will notice an improvement in how you feel. It's worth giving it a try and seeing the difference. Stop by during office hours and speak with the doctor personally about what your goals for care are and how we can help you reach those goals.
