Dr. Moore is very patient and thorough, and very caring towards his patients and their needs. He never rushes you, and always answers all of your questions. I go to his practice in Georgetown. I would highly recommend him!!! Super nice guy, and all of the staff are amazing!

Dr. Moore is an excellent practitioner. He does a lot of research, and can get some expensive testing done for the price of a copay. I enjoyed the opportunity to help other people with issues similar to mine, by agreeing to participate in his studies. HOWEVER. The practice has grown quickly, and many things are falling by the wayside. My family doctor put me on a blood pressure medicine that elevated my Lithium levels WELL into the toxic range (above 2.0). I have since learned that I was in danger of going into seizures. I WAS NOT able to get anyone at PsychDimensions to return my calls. I blasted my call for help to several practices in the area, and found someone who could treat my Lithium toxicity and get my levels to a safe and effective range.

Psych dimensions on Google profile says this place has psychiatrists (Physicians) MD/DO and that is false. These are mid levels: Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants type professionals not Physicians.

She is a nurse practitioner, not a real psychiatrist who are physicians. Looks like she is miss guiding patients who has rights to be well informed if they are being seen by a physician or a nurse practitioner. Doctorate of nursing practice is way less inferior in terms of training and education. Just my 2 cents to educate general public.

Doctors at Psych Dimension are great! Unfortunately their 'business center' and office staff are very unprofessional. I had a couple appts there and loved the drs. but I was treated unfairly and given outrageous fees. I had to terminate my treatment.

I like Dr Moore & his staff. However, when, you call, you have to leave a message & wait for them to call you back. If you miss an appointment, or if you fail to cancel your appointment 48 hours ahead of time, they charge $100-$150, which I find excessive. I called 48 hours ahead to cancel & reschedule & had to leave a message which they overlooked. They charged me $150, but were able to find the message I left so I didn’t have to pay. They need a better system.

I went to Psych Dimensions for help with my anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Over the years, I had gone to many mental health providers, both at large hospital groups and in private practice looking for help. I never truly found the help that I sought until I found Psych Dimensions and Dr Moore. For the first time, I found a mental health provider who talked to me and not at or down to me. He looked me in the eyes and told me not to worry but to let him worry! Dr Moore saved my life!

This guy is no Psychiatrist. All he cares about is money, he doesn't care about his patients. My wife started seeing him a few months ago. She can not be on any kind of mood stabilizers due to her sodium levels dropping so low. He prescribed her some anyway. One day she started feeling sick, went to her appt with Moore. She didn't have her co pay and the nurse told her it was against the law. Moore wouldn't see her. She was in tears. She was rushed to the ER where her sodium levels were 116.
