Mr. Roberts listened to my problem, he took time to hear my history, and my symptoms. In the second session he began by teaching me coping skills and in the following session we worked on working through my trauma. He was very caring and practical. I never left feeling like a band-aid had been ripped off my wounds.

I have seen several counselors in the past for military service ptsd. I have had little success in developing a comfortable relationship or having the therapist use an effective therapy. I have had surprising recovery using EMDR with Ron.

not a good experience. please if you can't properly care for your patients you need to retire. your patients should not feel worse leaving a session than they do going into it.

Not a great bedside manner. Seems tired and checked out. Cancelled frequently. Might be a good person deep down but should have more of a resolve during session. When you are dealing with people who can actually articulate how they feel, to assume they aren't actually in danger or to half listen and not give any solid structure or advice is negligent. If you care at all about a loved one or yourself you'll find real help outside of this business. Because that's all it is.. a transaction. Thank m

Mr. Roberts is the first therapist who seemed genuinely concerned about my child's learning issues and offered the kind of assessment I had been begging the school to give. We walked away with a diagnosis and a plan of action for the first time.

Canceled 2 out of three appointments. One cancelled while I was sitting in his office waiting for our appointment! I drove 1 hour to get there and he cancels 5 minutes after the appointment was to begin. My son now has missed 2 days of school for nothing. He's a great counselor when he showed up but we're finding a new counselor today.
