I have seen several counselors in the past for military service ptsd. I have had little success in developing a comfortable relationship or having the therapist use an effective therapy. I have had surprising recovery using EMDR with Ron.

I have never been in counseling before and had a lot of anxiety about going. The staff and the therapist put me at ease and made the experience so easy. I am looking forward to working on my issues.

not a good experience. please if you can't properly care for your patients you need to retire. your patients should not feel worse leaving a session than they do going into it.

Not a great bedside manner. Seems tired and checked out. Cancelled frequently. Might be a good person deep down but should have more of a resolve during session. When you are dealing with people who can actually articulate how they feel, to assume they aren't actually in danger or to half listen and not give any solid structure or advice is negligent. If you care at all about a loved one or yourself you'll find real help outside of this business. Because that's all it is.. a transaction. Thank m

Ron started seeing me for counseling when I was 11 years old. He has helped me cope with my ADHD and has assisted me several times since with issues as an adult. I would highly recommend him.

I have seen many therapists over the years for PTSD. All the therapist helped me to various degrees to cope at the time, however, Mr. Roberts was able to fit a therapy technique to my situation resulting in recovery for the first time.

Mr. Roberts is the first therapist who seemed genuinely concerned about my child's learning issues and offered the kind of assessment I had been begging the school to give. We walked away with a diagnosis and a plan of action for the first time.

Canceled 2 out of three appointments. One cancelled while I was sitting in his office waiting for our appointment! I drove 1 hour to get there and he cancels 5 minutes after the appointment was to begin. My son now has missed 2 days of school for nothing. He's a great counselor when he showed up but we're finding a new counselor today.
