In 2011, both my son & I were referred to Mr. Holt as we were both extremely depressed (long story). Rather than suggesting one of us should see a different counselor, he took us both. To me, this proved to be a conflict of interest. Mr. Holt is a counselor, but he is NOT a psychiatrist, which he should have referred me to as I was suffering from clinical depression. I dropped Mr. Holt after a couple of months & found a REAL psychiatrist to treat me. IMO, son needs more counseling--not by Holt.
