This content was provided by Dr. Foveaux "Most muscle and joint pain is due to dysfunction of joints, muscles that stabilize and move the joint, and your brain's ability to properly utilize these muscles. Because of this complex interaction, effective care must be aimed at correctly identifying and treating each of these three elements. Simply aiming to correct one or two of them will result in care that fails immediately or fails to provide a good long-term outcome. At JointFit, you will find a provider willing to take the time to help you identify effective ways to conservatively manage muscle and joint pain and aims to achieve long-term results, not endless visits."
