Best therapist I’ve had hands down!
Telehealth
Rebecca is always willing to work with my schedule, you can tell she really cares about what she does. She listens and responds with reassurance and logical responses to why I’m feeling the way I am. I always leave a session feeling relieved and confident that I’m on the right path. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who needs someone patient and knowledgeable to talk with about anything.

A Unique Approach
I'd spent my whole life avoiding counseling, not wanting to unpack the issues and face everything I needed to. I found Rebecca online, and honestly, it was being able to have sessions via Telehealth that allowed me to take the steps I needed to begin therapy. I found Becca to be firm but fair, compassionate but not allowing me to "skate by" on my feelings, or my responsibility on learning why I did the things I did. She helped me discover my boundary issues, and develop the skills I needed to address situations I had gotten myself into, as well as stand firm with friends and family who pushed those boundaries. I began looking forward to our sessions, rather than dreading them. Becca helped me navigate through the hardest year and a half of my life. I would not hesitate to recommend her, or to reach out to her today if I needed to.

Becca review
I’ve worked with Becca for a few years to help with personal anxiety. I also work in the counseling field and it has helped to have her as a sounding board when I am overwhelmed from this field. When talking with Becca, I feel like I’m speaking to a friend. She stays unbiased, but does provide statements that she wants you to think about (guidance). I appreciate her and each of our sessions. Thank you!

Saved me from myself
I started seeing her when I as having agoraphobia. I had bad social anxiety before Covid. That didn’t make the situation any better. I found her sent a request and the first talk I had with her I knew she understood me. BTW all our meetings were tele health! I was expecting to get how healthy it was to interact with people to desensitize myself. Nope she said if staying inside isn’t hurting you or anyone else then you’ll go when you’re ready. I had such relief from her saying that. I knew then I was going to keep her as my therapist. Then came insurance due to no fault of hers it was a Medicare issue we’ve had to put some space in the therapy. I’m trying to find ways to get started with her again. She’s reached out to see how I doing she truly cares!!

Very helpful
I saw Rebecca for about 2 years. We met when I was at the lowest point in my life. We met via telemedicine every 2 weeks for at least a year. Over time we developed a very good patient/practitioner relationship. We talked through the terrible time I was going through in my life and all the possible solutions to my problems. She was very caring, understanding, and compassionate. At times, Rebecca brought different points of view to our conversations while also understanding where I was coming from. This was very helpful to me as I am a very analytical person. At the end of our sessions she would always tell me to contact her if needed which made me feel as though she truly cared about me. I would recommend her to anyone who feels they need someone to talk to so they can work through their problems.

Change is an inside job
I've been seeing Becca on and off for about 2 years. I first started my journey with her to address some anxiety I was experiencing due to a family member's drug addiction. Covid hit shortly after, and we maintained our sessions through Telehealth. Continuing my counseling with Becca was the best thing I could have done for myself. Being quarantined and stuck in the house a lot, allowed for us to dive deep into a lot of past traumas, unhealthy habits, and even relationship counseling with my then fiance, now husband. Becca is a great listener and one of the things I like most about her is I never feel judged by her. She really pushes me to actively use the tools we discuss and apply it to my everyday life. Most people think that having a counselor is the answer to all problems. That they are the "fix." I've learned from Becca that change is an inside job, and we are the only ones with the power to adapt using the tools we pick up along the way. She is accepting, genuine, and real!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have seen Becca for 2 years & can honestly say my mental health has improved as a direct result. Pros: -Communication is a breeze. She promptly responds to inquiries regarding scheduling, billing, insurance, etc. Faster than any medical provider I’ve had. -She provides honest feedback to help me understand how to identify problematic thought patterns & helpful tips for improvement. -She sometimes shares some things from her life as it relates to our session while maintaining professionalism. In my opinion it makes her more approachable, relatable, & creates a more relaxed environment vs a judgmental or clinical feeling one -She allows her email to be used for messages in between sessions. She is up front that it shouldn’t be used for emergencies and she may not reply to all messages. I use it as a journal to vent & notes of topics for next time -I feel respected as a patient. My opinions for care are heard. Con: A time or 2 she has gotten on a tangent & wasted time. Not often

Wonderful, Committed, Caring Therapist
I have followed Becca for many years throughout her career working for various agencies. She has helped me work through past trauma with relationships. I don't know what I would have done without her. She is very professional, but also cares about me as an individual. She doesn't give out generic advice, but really focuses on what is going on with you specifically. She really is a great therapist and I'm so thankful for all she's done for me over the years.

She had some helpful things to say and is definitely a good hearted person who means well, but there were some red flags. She seems to lack professional boundaries. She gives out her email for clients to correspond with her whenever they want, communicates her own traumas/issues, and has strong opinions. I proceeded anyway. We had a rough appointment, and I emailed her how I felt about it. Her response felt defensive and almost felt like she was gaslighting me as she recapped the appointment from her own point of view which differed from mine as if to tell me I just remembered it wrong. Some parts seemed sincere, though. It just didn’t work out for us, but I would also consider myself a difficult patient. She did her best with a losing battle (me).
