PTs work as a team at Beacon, therefore you can never count on which therapist you're going to see. That might not be a big deal for some, but it didn't work for me. I have severe arthritis in my spine with lots of issues that I discussed with the first 2 PTs I was assigned but after 3 assignments in 4 visits so much of those conversations were not passed along. Don't go here if you need a place that is patient oriented. This place is just an assembly line.
