Pouya is very knowledgeable and engaging. She came recommended by my general practitioner in Mt. Sinai. She worked with me through all the issues of finding and learning to use the right hearing aid. We fine-tuned my unit over several months. I couldn't be happier.

I had received two hearing evaluations prior to meeting with Ms. Pouya Bral. She immediately began testing my hearing with specific hearing aids in mind. Ms. Bral explained the benefits and took care of my insurance plan questions. I have already had one instrument adjustment and the results are excellent. I recommended Ms. Bral to a co-worker.
