Dr. Paul Kossis, OD

I don't think I will return. Dr. Kossis is a nice doctor, but 1 of the 2 front desk secretaries named Donna is very rude, uncaring, and impatient. While she seems so-so in person, most of my phone encounters with her have been unpleasant and she made me feel very unimportant and that I don't really matter in spite of me being polite the whole time. I also don't often receive callbacks from the office in regards to follow up issues or questions. Any time I would ask Donna a question about something she'll question me or tell me that she already spoke with me and answered all my questions even though I have to inform her that she hasn't. It's like she wants to shoo me away or have me get into a verbal argument with her. I was expecting better customer care and Donna has soured my experience. I understand your office is often very busy, but there is absolutely no need to downtalk and be rude to patients (or patients of a certain background despite having a diverse crowd of patients).

easy and pleasant

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Paul Kossis for the past 6-7 years and have always been extremely happy with all the service he and his staff gave to us. Paul himself has always been so helpful when our daughter went from glasses to her contacts , he has the patients of a saint to take the extra time to help her out. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming on the phone and in the office and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great new Eye Doctor .
