Excellent Neurologist
He spent time, didn't rush me, explained what is wrong and what tests were needed and after diagnosis was confirmed, told what all the treatment options are, the advantages and disadvantages of each and which one he recommended and why.

I mas misdignosed by Dr Paul Janda and asking for him to make things right. I have medical documentation to prove this. This is my story and just wanted to share as I am advocating for myself and the fact that I was overdosed with chemotherapy and more than 10 prescription drugs for a disease I did not have.

I was a new patient diagnosed with Epilepsy as a child. Dr. Janda didn't run any tests or change the medication when I told him I was still having seizures and experiencing bad side effects. He performed a basic general exam and said he'd see me in six months. He ordered a 3-day EEG and charged a $400 co-pay. I waited months to hear back for the results but I had to call them and they wanted me to make an appointment and pay the co-pay for an office visit to get the results. I found a new Neurologist that contacted Dr. Janda's office several times to request my medical records and they wouldn't reply. I called to ask and was told I have to pay per page. I stood at the front desk 15 minutes before one of the 3 ladies acknowledged my presence. My new Neurologist did the same 3-day EEG with NO co-pay, even though I have the same insurance. Terrible Dr. who seems to only care about money, not his patients! His staff was rude and Janda did nothing to help me! Worst Neurologist ever!

I had to wait 2 months for a new patient appt, which seems to be standard. My complaint wasn't an emergency so I waited. My initial contact was with a medical assistant, followed by a neurology resident. Both were fine. However, I had not been told I would see a resident first. I was satisfied with his screening, and conclusion for treatment. The 5th star is withheld because the med asst has not returned my call after several days & the online portal messaging function is not monitored.

Because he wrote a book on concussions my symptoms should go away on its own, even though I’m still struggling with the symptoms. My whole family and I including my two little baby’s pleaded for his help get me better, but Dr. Failed.

Dr. Janda is a fantastic Neurologist. He is very thorough & ready to help in anyway. Though 5/6 tests his were done. That was my choice. We tried many medications to get my seizures under control. I found his work to be excellent. He has a great attitude & personality. I found his staff to just as caring & easy to work with. I'm preparing to see him for a follow up soon & will continue to Dr. Janda.

I have been a patient of Dr. Janda for almost 2 yrs. He is a great neurologist who cares for his patients. I came into his office the first time referred to me by my primary doctor due to my chronic migraines. I would get 2-3 migraines per month. When he started me on Botox the daily chronic pain decreased and instead had 1-2 migraines per month, now the most I have been pain free was 14 days and then just recently started nerve block treatment I have been migraine free 1 1/2 thank you Dr. Janda

This dr. first asks what kind of insurance you have, then sends you for tests that are not necessary. Had a MRI just a month before in the hospital and he sends me for another. He put stroke vs. tumor on the referral. Took 3 months for first visit which all he saw me for was 6.5 minutes. talks too fast.. second visit is another 3 months. if i had a tumor id be dead by now. early detection is key. Also i've called man times to get a quicker appointment and they said they would return my call
