This content was provided by Dr. Hernandez "Stress, anxiety, and other emotional problems can affect everyone throughout their personal and professional lives. Speaking with a licensed professional is often helpful in learning to cope with life's stressors. Individual therapy has many benefits including assisting in developing new perspectives, learning new and healthier coping mechanisms, building self-esteem, improving relationships with others, learning new behaviors and responses to help achieve goals, and refocusing life towards valued living. It is my personal belief that every person is doing the very best they can at every moment. My goal is to help increase the resources my clients have so they can be living a life worth living.
