Dr. Brown will pick sides, she doesnt stay neutral in her treatment. She is very judgemental and will criticize rather than help. She lets her personal opinions override her professionalism. Its very sad, she refuses to help the patient due to her personal opinions of the parents. She struggles with fairness, and refused to follow a court order. She absolutely doesnt do any mentoring during sessions, just allows one party to scream and the other for 45 minutes and ends the session. She also billed insurance for family sessions when there had been no family sessions started. She was billing for patients not covered by my insurance but using "family sessions" its extremely sad she still practices medicine. And they harm she is causing a child, this will be a lasting memory for this child and she is destroying a child's trust bond with adult

This lady is rude and ignorant! Do not trust her with your child, she is very 1 sided, she talks to me like im a criminal and should have no part of my childs life. She will accept money to speak against the other party in court hearing. She is very uneducated, and lies about the welfare of her patients.

I saw Nancy for six years. In addition to being really smart and well educated, she is very kind and quite intuitive. Most importantly, with her experience comes a number of therapies she can use as needed. I trusted her with my teenagers as well. I made more progress with her than any other therapist--and I've had several that were good, and much more than any medication.

Not trustworthy. Will choose sides in counseling and not do what's best for her patient due to her inability to remain neutral/impartial. I would give her zero stars if that were an option. Her reasoning behind diagnoses are ignorant and don't make any sense even lots of questions were asked.
