Molly may be, at best, mediocre for those who share the exact same religious beliefs as her. She inserts her religious beliefs frequently throughout the session, as well as uses it as a means to shame you into changing behaviors she doesn't agree with. When I revealed my sexual orientation to her she immediately said, God made Adam and Eve, which is unhelpful and completely against NASW Code of Ethics or licensing board of VA. Her statements made me feel worse. If you aren't her faith, stay away

Molly has been a true angel sent to me. She is so kind and patient and has truly helped me out during the toughest time of my life. She is professional, but really caring and compassionate to what you’re going through. I could not ask for a better therapist!

Molly was a self-proclaimed Christian before a Therapist. She used Equine Assist Psychotherapy, regardless of my fear of horses which is persistent after the therapy. I do believe she means well. However, our sessions were catered to preexisting beliefs and were not focused on our family as a whole. Disillusions grew and distance formed from these forced sessions. The notion of demonic influence was proposed during one session.
