Dr. Badra helped me during a time of crisis by not wanting to dig into "childhood issues or psychoanalysis" but focused on listening and helping me to see where my thinking was distorted and refocus on moving forward. Dr. Badra is the most understanding and caring therapist I've had. He is very insightful and respectful. He never pressured or judged me. I am now able to see my past trauma as something I can grow from and not run away from. I wish I had gone to him a long time ago.
