Mitchell Cogan's reschedule policy requests doing so at least 1 hour in advance of appointment time. I needed to reschedule an appointment and contacted him 1 hour prior to my appointment. He has yet to respond, despite my having contacted him a second time. Disappointing for a therapist described as helping others cope with depression.
