With her over 38 years of training and experience in Western Medicine, Chinese Medicine, and Neurosciences, as well as practice in USA over 14 years with deep care and compassion for her patients, Dr. Ming Yang has developed an Integrative Acupuncture Treatment Strategy. The approach not only treats pain but also successfully treats more complicated, even, at times, undiagnosed, challenging clinical cases through holistically re-balancing the patient's entire body thereby alleviating chief complaints as well as treating related root reasons with Acupuncture which never causes side effects. Dr. Yang has treated patients of all ages, from 3 to 103. Dr Ming Yang has successfully treated severe anxiety with panic, depression, fibromyalgia, headache / migraine, asthma & cough, Bell's Palsy, chronic fatigue, insomnia, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), side effects of chemotherapy, renal failure, tinnitus, TMJ, irregular menstruation, menopause, PMS, urinary disorders, and numerous skin disorders (including acne, hives, psoriasis, shingles). She has also substantially improved the quality of life of patients suffering from Parkinson's disease and strokes. Dr. Yang has helped numerous patients with smoking cessation, body weight control, and treating the rebound symptoms sometimes related to withdrawing unnecessary conventional medicines and drugs through acupuncture. Dr. Ming Yang began studying acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine over 38 years ago while earning her medical degree in Western Medicine at West China University of Medical Sciences, one of the four most prestigious medical schools in China. Also, she earned her Master's of Acupuncture from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NYCTCM) in 2004. She is a Board Certified and Diploma licensed acupuncturist in NJ, NY and PA, and a sitting Board Member of an Acupuncture Association in New York. Dr. Yang was a speaker at the World Federation Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Society Conferences, held in San Francisco in 2013 and Houston in 2014. These international conferences are the largest and most prestigious meetings of acupuncture practitioners. Additionally, Dr. Yang has a PhD. in Neurosciences. She conducted post-doctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania. She then held the position of Senior Scientist and Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology in the Medical School of Thomas Jefferson University for ten years. Dr. Yang was first author on research entitled "Jefferson Study Determines Bone Marrow Stroma Stem Cells May Aid in Stroke Recovery," which has yielded more than 20 domestic and international citations. Furthermore, she is the recipient of awards from the National Parkinson's Disease Foundation and Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Foundation. Dr. Yang has transferred from Department of Neurology in Thomas Jefferson University Medical School to Integrative Medical Center since 2009 and has been focusing her attention on clinical acupuncture practice and developing her private medical practice for over ten years in Southern New Jersey and Central Philadelphia Area. I have been going to Dr. Yang since November 2016 for chronic back and neck pain. I used to go for expensive epidural shots but i no longer have health insurance. She works wonders! Im not completely pain free but very close to it. No shots, icy hot or tylenol required. Thank you Dr. Yang!

Dr. Yang help me to quit smoking. I smoke 2-3 packs per day for almost 20 years. After only 2 treatments I no longer smoke and fell great.

Dr. Yang helped me with recovery post breast surgery after early stage cancer. My energy level and well being improved significantly after her treatments. She has very thorough approach to assess variety of lifestyle and nutrition factors and I found her advice very helpful.
