Bedside manner is horrible
I have worked in healtjcare for 15 years and have never had someone with such poor bedside manner. If you ask a question that does not align with what Michelle says she instantly becomes defensive and treats you as if you are stupid. I would never have another office visit with her.

Michelle Sanson is a friendly and welcoming person. She puts the patient at ease from the moment she enters the room. She is very thorough in her evaluation of a patient's skin and very knowledgeable when I have asked questions about various cancer scenarios. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I have never felt like such an inconvenience to a PA before. I waited over an hour in the waiting room, and then another 20 minutes in a private room only to spend 4 whole minutes with Michelle. My visit summary shows diagnoses that were not discussed with me, and that I believe are false. Called for a explanation and no one answers the phone at the office.
