Great health care provider! She's the best provider I've ever had. She explains conditions and treatment options clearly and she listens so well. I feel safe and well taken care of in her care. I recommend her to everyone that I know in the area that is looking for a reliable and trust worthy primary care provider.

I had scheduled an appt w/ Michelle for my husband since we were moving from NY and needed a physician in FL. I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism that I decided to see her for myself. This was the best decision that I made. She has a wonderful personality, great bedside manners and takes her time during your visit and you don’t feel rushed. I would strongly recommend me as a provider, she is an exceptional Nurse Practitioner.

Michelle makes me feel very comfortable, not only in the level of care she provides but as a person also. She has never made me feel rush... always takes the time to listen to any changes or new symptoms I may be experiencing, like I am her only patient. At 70 years old, and having spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, I have experienced many health providers. Ms. Cooley ranks up there with the very best. She is patient, friendly and makes going to the doctor's office a very pleasant experience.

Michelle knows what she tells you and remembers you from one visit to another no matter the length of time. She takes her time and really goes into great detail about your condition and then searches for answers about tests or whatever when asked. In other words, she goes way beyond what most doctors do and it is appreciated so very much! When you leave her office she even helps to carry out your portable oxygen out to the outer office when you do not have the strength to carry it yourself.
