Meridith is easy to talk to, she goes out of her way to provide additional resources. She is not easily shaken. I have a long history of mental health issues and she is one of the very few that I have been comfortable enough to talk to for real versus giving her what she wants to hear and I feel is truly listening and empathetic versus sympathetic. She makes you feel like a person versus a patient.

I've seen her for a yr now. She is very adaptable to my many moods. Sometimes I need her to listen, others advice & others she just figures out what is most needed. The first day she said she gives advice & I cringed (I don't like being told what to do) but now we have a very easy give & take relationship. I trust her which does not come easy for me. After a decade & dozens of therapists, she is only the 2nd one I've stuck with. I'm not always easy but she always treats me with respect & caring
