My teenager was having some school and home issues and I didn't know how to help. A friend referred me to Melissa Danielson. My adolescent son now has a better attitude. My teenage son says Melissa Danielson relates to him and talking to her helped him be ready to start making positive changes.

Melissa is fantastic. She understood my personality and issues from the very first time I met with her. Shes great at asking clarifying questions to help me understand the big picture. Melissa creates a safe and comfortable enviornment so you can be open and honest. She has an excellent memory too. If you're looking for a counselor who is incredibly kind, empathetic and experienced, then I highly recommend Melissa. She is a great listener when you need an understanding ear, and she will also provide little activities and exercises to help you along the way. She quickly identifies what your underlying concerns are and will guide you and offer a fresh perspective. Melissa is also incredibly open-minded so you can approach her with any topic and feel accepted and welcomed.

I have known Melissa for years. She listens to me and remembers everything I tell her. It's great to have someone to talk to whenever you need them. She puts my needs first and guides me step-by-step. I always enjoy visiting the office because it's clean and most importantly it's easy to access inconvenient for me. Melissa Danielson, was absolutely fantastic she was really helpful, understanding, and I felt very comftable and at ease. She really got me through what was going on. I wasn’t really big on getting help and dealing with certain topics of my life but she really was able to help me and made me realize how I can move on from them. I really would recommend her to anyone especially my family and the very close of friends.

Contacted her to see about scheduling a session. Got her voicemail that stated to leave insurance carrier, reason for calling and contact info. 30 min later I received a text message from her stating that they are only accepting "cash" patients. I then asked what the "cash" price was and was quoted $125. How unprofessional is it to send a text? And why even ask for insurance information?
