THEY ARE ALL AMAZING
I started seeing Melanie a few months ago I have seen other providers and she was the first one who listened she spent an hour for the first appointment and never schedules for less than a half hour she did labs and got me and found a Thyroid issue and then got me to a great endocrinologist Brittany and Denise and the team are amazing too you can call them and they get right back to you. You can ask any question big or small you may get the voicemail because its a small practice and that was also comforting to me but they will call you right back check with her and have the answer to my question. I feel like i didnt just get a provider . I got a team of people to helo me. I know its easy to want to quit when you are going from provider to provider but i feel better than I ever have but i still have a ways to go but some of that is i know i have people on my side if I am not having a good day

I just saw Melanie via telemedicine. I have been on every medication there is. I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and a loft of doctors said bipolar disorder…A LOT I was at the point where I just didn’t even know if it was worth it but a friend told me to call Melanie’s office. I will admit there was a bit of a delay in returning the patient paperwork and getting an appointment but my insurance required a prior Authorization didn’t know that so amber got that done she spent almost an hour and listened she then began asking very specific questions I kept thinking how did she know this she did not prescribe medication on the first visit she sent me information to read with my husband ordered labs and we have a plan to have a plan she is down to earth Amber and Mia too THEY ARE REAL and if you have been to a lot of doctors you know what I mean I am so grateful and so hopeful now thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

I want to say everything positive about this provider. I think she is a rare find. One of the few that actually listens to her patients and really cares. She goes above and beyond to look into everything involving your care, let’s you be apart of the process and make decisions. I would trust her with anything. My only issue is that she dropped care over an insurance issue that was beyond my control and at a time when I was having a very hard time with my mental health. I felt very abandoned by the provider. This insurance issue could have been solved by calls with her billing company and my health insurance companies. In which, I spent much of my own time trying to solve. This left me finding it very hard to trust any provider I saw later with my care. I felt that the mental health system not only failed me, but it’s also an issue of access for people who struggle financially. I don’t wish this on anyone. I only hope this does not happen to any other patients she has.

I just saw Melanie for the first time. On my first visit she didn’t even prescribe a medication which was something I didn’t want at my first appointment. She let me be a part of that decision. She is getting my old records. She is going to look at my labs and an ER visit before we make further decisions. She has scheduled me for a week. She said that we would review those records and “ make a plan to have a plan” she was easy to talk to. She spent an hour with me on my first appointment. I feel like I will get to be a part of my treatment. I didn’t feel like a pill was getting pushed on me as I have experienced with other doctors. After the appointment her very sweet assistant Amber emailed me a list of what we talked about. There are only the two at that office which makes me feel like I won’t get lost like I have at other offices. If you are looking or a provider who let you be involved in your care listens cares wants to look at the whole picture MELANIE AND AMBER IS FOR YOU

My daughter Saw Melanie via telemedicine as a new patient recently. There are only two people Amber and Melanie. Immediately in learning that it was just the two of them she was relieved. My daughter ( and I ) had horrible experiences with other doctors. They spent 10 minutes at most, didn’t involve me at all when she requested this, gave her three diagnosis, and over time 22 different medications. The past doctors didn’t even ask how other things were going. When she said she was “paraNo I’d” he didn’t let her tell him the reason she felt that way is because our house was robbed and “ her paranoia “ was checking that the door are locked. He put her on an antipsychotic!!! Amber made us feel so comfortable and Melanie was AMAZING. She talked about how she is doing, asked her about everything and even ordered labs. My daughters thyroid was low. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF A NEW PROVIDER CALL THEIR OFFICE ASAP!!!

My wife just saw melanie for the first time. She worries about everything. She cannot sleep . She has lost weight. Her anxiety is non stop and I felt helpless. She has what melanie called "intrusive thoughts " Melanie also described her thinking exactly. She said with the INTRUSIVE thoughts my wife's thoughts are either worrying about the past..or thinking of all of the what IRS in the future. My wife cannot be in the present with her busy mind. Amber was so welcoming and melanie was phenomenal! Melanie ordered labs stating she didnt want " to assume" that my wife's anxiety was all related to her mental health. We left there with hope. Even if this first medication doesnt work I have total faith in melanie. I cant say enough. My wife felt relieved she has been on so many medications and has seen so many doctors that kept adding medication. I cant say enough about both melanie and amber...dont hesitate!

I hqve been seeing melanie for 3 years now. It's been q bumpy rise. A doctor put me on so many medications at such high doses it took time for melanie to get me to what she called " ground zero where we start as if I am seeing you for the first time" after that things got better and better. She continues to tell me how proud she is of me and shows me my visits to reinforce how hard I work...i still have some days and it's always scary because I worry I will go back to where I was but melanie said " the hardest thing in psychiatry is finding what works...we have that now...it may be a matter of adjusting..." now new topic..i admit...change is hard..I worried that my phone calls wouldnt get returned or my meds wouldn't be taken care of...if your a current patient WORRY NOT...Amber is a joy! I know people may be nervous about change...but she will call you back..and she truly cares. It feels bright in there...a good energy...so.dont worry it's a learning curve I am sure.. but its good!

I started seeing melanie a year ago. I truly got well then I did that thing I now understand people do I stopped my medication I felt myself slipping back into that hole all I could think about was what melanie and Karen would think of me. I thought I kept going back into.that dark place worried they would be mad at me or disappointed in me i finally got so bad that I called Karen answered she said " thank God we were worried." She got me in for an appointment I was scared to come in Those two saved my life and I didnt want to disappoint them Karen came and got me and said gently "where have you been girl?" I told melanie I knew she would be mad at me and she said "I'm so glad to see you but it's not about me its about you and as much as I would not want you to go back down I would never feel that way I am proud of you for calling and said we knew what to do those other reviews are BOGUS

I felt HORRIBLE my anxiety was so bad I couldn't turn my brain off I couldnt get anything done and my wife was getting to a point of serious frustration and I felt bad but yet I couldn't get it together I kept losing things I had clutter I would get so preoccupied that I would lose my way home because I missed exits my wife always thought I wasnt listening but I found I couldn't do more than one thing at a time I saw melanie and immediately felt comfortable there I loved the fact that it's two people with one heck of a rapport Karen made me feel so comfortable and melanie sent me for testing to confirm my diagnosis turns out I have ADD so all those providers I saw and all the medications were wrong I liked the testing she explained we should confirm a diagnosis before we started medicine melanie went through the evaluation with me and Karen gave me articles and information to share with my wife Karen got my medicine approved by my insurance in one day even gave me a coupon for the meds

I love these ladies and highly recommend them. They are very caring and frequently ask for me to call with an update in between appointments. They always check for drug interventions. The only patients they do not tolerate are drug seekers. I feel confident knowing that this isn't a pill mill.

My advice is always take bad reviews with a grain of salt Just fyi i have been in the lobby for my appointment when someone came came into the lobby somewhat agitated karen handled it with professionalism and more patience then I would have had Melanie came right out and moved me to her office so I would not feel uncomfortable or unsafe WOW I eel it's important to know that given there are just two people in this dynamic duo and Karen fields ALL THE PHONE CALLS. I have seen her compose herself after being treated unfairly. I know given she manages everything she has to deal with some people that are less than kind and as you know people are more apt to take the time to complain but dont always take the time to compliment I can tell you THAT WITHOUT A DOUBT KAREN TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING AND SHE IS AMAZING melanie calls her " the bomb diggity nurse" which I love and Karen has intervened when I had a pharmacy issue and she went over and about to get a medication approved by insurance

Really enjoyed it here until I had to deal with nurse Karen. Very rude, I was prescribed the wrong medication. She assured me it was ok. It wasn't dropped my blood pressure to 92/61. Couldn't stand up without being dizzy. Was treated so rudely when i tried to work out out with karen. She told me that wan't low enough blood pressure to worry about. My cardiologist didn't agree. I will not be back!

I started seeing Melanie about a month ago my anxiety wa out of control I couldn't ever stop worrying about everything I was certain something bad would happen to my kids my husband or anyone else I love for that matter the constantly worried that something was so wrong like a brain tumor I worried non-stop I would think to myself why can't I let it go it cause problems in my marriage cuz I always had to know where everyone was but I'm not controlling and I didn't like this about myself when I got to the office Karen said to Melanie hurry up and get her she's crawling out of your skin I don't know how she knew that but at that very moment I was contemplating running out to the waiting room door I was so nervous turns out there's a specific type of a OCD it's called the pure o there's no rituals but it's this hamster wheel that I had going in my head I have a way to go yet but I already feel so much better between getting the medication right and listenedto I am SO GRATEFUL HOPEFUL

I have struggled with depression for many years. I have gained weight. I didnt feel good about myself. My energy level was nothing and it took everything in me to get put of bed. I would hope the day would go by quickly..but it never did. I didn't feel good about myself. I felt like a horrible mother, a horrible wife, and isolated myself. I saw melanie about six months ago for.the first time. Karen immediately made me feel welcome. Its just the two of them there and they never fail to comfort or to make you laugh. Melanie got my old records, ordered lab work, and changed my medicine. I have some vitamin deficiencies and hypothyroidism I felt like it wasnt " just in my head" if that makes sense and although I am getting better melanie says we " arent there yet" I have no idea what I look like well because I have felt bad for so long. Melanie and Karen truly saved my life and I am more active enjoy9things once again and I'm a good mom and God wife :)
